Guided Expression class is a traditional “sip and paint” class. We begin each class with a light, deep breathing and reflection exercise to loosen up. Get ready to relax!There will be 2 painting templates to follow. The instructor will lightly guide you through one of the them. You, the painter, have the option to paint along or paint your own masterpiece.You are encouraged to make the painting your own. Personal expression is the goal!
Guided Expression is great for beginners and intermediate painters! In order to get the most out of this class, have the following supplies available:
- 8" x 10" Canvas Panel
- Paint (red, royal blue, yellow, green, orange, purple, white, black)
- 3-5 Paintbrushes (detail brush or small brush; blending brush or medium brush; full coverage brush or large brush)
- Paper Plate or paint palette
- Water Cup
- Paper Towels
- Table Top Easel or Flat surface (if painting on flat surface, cover the area with a table cloth)
- Apron (optional)
You are encouraged to have a soothing playlist, a snack and a beverage. Paint at your own pace, start now and finish later, or just tune-in to see a live painting!
